essential skills in database field

Hi,

I am a master’s graduate,looking for jobs in database related field. I have working knowledge of oracle,sql server 2000, access ,sql, pl/sql,t-sql,VB. In the last few days i got calls from some recruiters asking for my skills. But weren’t satisfied with what i had some asked about informatica on which i had one month pratical training but haven’t worked on an industry level. I wanted to know apart from the skills mentioned above what additional skills will be helpful in finding a job indatabase industry.

I have also worked on web related projects using asp,html,java
