Event ID 4319 Source NetBT

I have multiple instances of the error ID mentioned in the title. After scouting around for a resoution all I have found are references to scavenging WINS db’s and potential corrupt DHCP db’s.

Both of which we do not use!

How can I stop these events from occuring?
