Event Log Warning

Aloha!

Server: Compaq Proliant 5500
OS: NT 4 Server

Upgraded to the 64 bit dual Ultra2 Controller and the Ultra2 Duplexing drive cage. Also, we are mirroring through NT with this Duplex setup using (2) 18.x Ultra2 drives. Mirroredthe System/Boot partition
which is 2GB and also mirrored the Data partition which is most of the rest.

We are experiencing an Event Log Warning
Event #27: “FTDISK”

“The fault tolerant driver detected the system was shut down dirty”.

Huh?! “Down & dirty?!” Couldn’t find THAT
up on either MS Technet or Compaq Support.

Anyone know what this is?
