Excel 2007 Absence Recording

Started to make a simple spreadsheet but now become more complex and last task outside my ability.I need to have a list of staff on entry page that copy through to existing tab pages BUT when deleting a person or adding must copy through all tabs without decreasing the rows available. Can send copy if anyone can spare time to look for me. Managed a couple of easier macros to date. Needs bit of VB basic coding I think.Many thanks
