Excel 2010 64-bit Beta…Arrow keys don’t work!

Recently (actually today)I opened an existing Excel file and attempted to move from cell to cell using my arrow keys.
The only operation they perform is movement of the whole sheet. I even tried the Number pad keys and same results.
This is the effect I get on any excel file, blank or existing. The version is: 14.0.4536.1000 (64-bit). I don’t know if this is the result of an update I’m not aware of.
HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
