Excel data entry sheet

My boss just asked me for a sheet where he can choose from a data/validation lists certain conditions (e.g. Denmark, name of hospital) and depending on what he chooses, the information he writes in some cell will go to the right place in another tab.

So lets say he chooses
Country: Denmark
Hospital: Danhosp

Then what he writes in a cell called: “Hospital potential” will go to an assigned place in another tab.
