Excel – deleting names found in another file or spreadsheet

I have a mailing list in one excel file. I have a separate list -a different file – of people who DON’T want to receive mailings.

Can I have the Do Not mail list pull the names out of the mailing list so I don’t have to do it manually.

Any help would be appreciated.
