Excel function to provide distinct value from a cell

Hi All,
I need an excel function to derive distinct value from a cell. Suppose i write in column A1 ” Ravi Verma Ravi Ravi Verma Mumbai” hence the result should be “Mumbai” as its the only distinct value.
