Excel Keyboard Command for Paste Options

Is there a keyboard command which will open the Paste Options icon which appears when one pastes in Excel? I copy/paste tons of data from one workbook to another regularly, moving around using only keyboard commands, and find it very rough to continually have to reach for my mouse to click on the icon, and then choose “match destination formatting”. The “M” is underlined so it suggests availability by pressing Alt-m, but that doesn’t work either before or after the icon is clicked. HELP! Thanks in advance,
