Excel Solver

Can anyone tell me where to find Excel Solver in the 2007 version. I have looked under tools and data but I can’t seem to find it. I’m use to the 2003 version and I can find it there but the way the 2007 version is set up it makes it difficult to find things. Can anyone direct me?
