Excel spreedsheet cell lock

I protected excel sheet and i want no one can copy to sheet data and formulas to another worksheet. is there any way we can protect sheet and disable content copy to another sheet. plus if some one try to copy another sheet and data will be copied as text so no formalas and calulation will show up.
