Exception Message

I’m trying to access www.baycouncilonaging.org but the links do not display on my computer. Others have told me it is working, however, so the problem must be on my computer. Here is the msg that is displayed: Exception: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException. Is there some setting I should be aware of? I am running Win98, IE5.5. I thought Java was enabled. What can I check?
