Exchange Email Monitoring

My company would like to set up a Email monitoring software to check email (internet and intranet)for various reasons. We would also like to filter and reroute email that does not meet our Acceptable Use Policy (pornographic, racist, gambling, trade secrets, etc. I would like to get feedback from the “trenches” to see what is used out there, what is good, and what is trash.
