Exchange/Notes connector problem

When running Notes/Exchange connector I was getting a memory error related to the lsmexnts.exe file. Would only get the error when trying to get a update ran between the Exchange and Lotus servers. After re-appying SP3 and the update for the connector that Microsoft had me download to get it working in the first place things have gone down hill. Now I get the error when just starting the Exchange connector for Lotus Notes service??? Have re-booted the server also.
