Exchange Server 5.5 Incoming Email

I am the administrator for my exchange server and I keep getting “Notification: Inbound Mail Failure ” for email addresses that are not in my domian. Is there a way I could put these email addresses in exchange and have my exchange server bounce it back to the sender and not send me a “Notification: Inbound Mail Failure”?
