Exchange System Manager on Dell PowerVault 725N

We have a Dell PowerVault 725N that is “Windows Powered” but it is a flavor of Windows 2000 Server.

Cant install MS Exchange System Manager on it. Need to install it for BackupExec to backup Exchange. When I install it says its not compatible with this verison of Windows. Cannot proceed with install. Is there a way to get it installed? I have tried Windows 2000 app compatibility to no avail. Also tried a 3rd party product for app compat issues called Resolvet. Any help is appreciated. Thank you!
