HELP, we are experiencing some rather strange things on our network at present and would greatly appreciate any help in solving these problems.
We are running Win 98/95 machines with Netware 4.11 and the 321 client
with Zen and NAL Application Launcher. Restrictions in place for users are NO Favorites, Documents, Printer setup etc just the normal restrictions really; Admin of course has none. We have installed the updates for Windows already
First:-
As mentioned in a previous discussion, but still have no answer for.
We are losing our Desktop Start menu Program list when we install a new program onto an existing machine. Once rebooted all we have in the program list is the newly installed program all others that were there are now gone from sight.
Second:-
We are now having our boxs crash whenever we click on or try to open IExplorer, Explorer, My Documents, My Computer. This only happens though when we are logged on as ADMIN. Users who have Admin rights do not experience this problem nor do any of the normal user logons. HELP!!!!!!!!
