Explorer error ; Webcheck.dll

PC with 98SE has error message after 3 or 4 mins of nil activity on keyboard or mouse.
Error Msg : ” …exception 6d007fh in module WEBCHECK.DLL …” Registers and stack dump info is available, but I have not included this at this stage. Any suggestions please. Cancelling message allows normal operations to continue, so problem is minor irritation only !
