EXSLT.NET XSL Transformation

I have a problem with my XSL application. I have developed an XSL based application for data transformation. I am using a DLL called EXSLT.dll in this I am using a function “dyn2:evaluate” this is not working in operarting system Windows XP with service pack 2 ? Can anyone please help me.
