External Micro SD Storage.

I have a Galaxy Note 10.1 (gt-n8013, android os) with micro sd slot for external storage and a 32G micro sd that I can’t access. Tablet recognizes ext drive but only identifies as ‘Lost Dir.’

Ideas/Solutions?
