Files .shd or .spl / Spooler

Guys, I read every think what you wrote to this discussion and I hoped that I found the solution for my problem, which is the same ” Spooler subsystem app has …”

I’ve cleaned TEMP, Temporary Internet Files, I looked in PC for those files .shd or .spl but I don’t find it!
Even system32 or spooler I don’t find.

It is maybe because my Windows XP is in German? Or because I don’t look properly? (I use “find”)
