Find bold text in Word 2010 and replace bold text within quote/speech marks

I am trying to update hundreds of law documents due to our firm’s house style changing. In each document there are two column tables, first column displaying definitions in bold text – I need to update the definitions by adding quote/speech marks to each definition in bold text – there are also various definitions in bold within paragraphs that need updating to be within quote marks – is there a find and replace command I can easily update all of these documents with or perhaps a macro I can set up to perform this action.
