Hi..we are using firepass 5.5.2 and recently upgraded to lotus notes 7. Users with the new version of firepass are not able to view their mailbox properly ONLY through VPN.
get the error message”Domino Web Access warning…we are unable to process your request…if u r unable to continue woring with ur mail file..dismiss this warning and then select view,Refresh from your browsers menu”.After this error appears,i keep hitting the ok button..then after some clicks..get the foll message “Domino Web Access has encountered problems accessing ur personal preferences.contact ur domino administrator.”..
Then after some clicks on the OK button u get to the mail box which is partially opened.then when clicked on the inbox button..displays “page cannot be found”
Guess there is no issue with Domino because it is working fine without vpn.
any solutions for this???
