Font Problem After SW Installation

After installing a home-grown application, the fonts on all icons are 8-point. We deleted and re-installed all fonts(except for the one in use…which is the important one), but had no luck. When we preview the font, san serif, in control panel, it doesn’t have the standard “brown fox” statement. Unable to delete that font because it’s in use. I already tried re-service packing and an NT repair to replace all fonts, but no luck. I uninstalled and re-installed the software…still no luck.Any help would be appreciated.
