Forgot HDD User Password

I received this Toshiba Laptop A100-172 system unit running windows Vista Home Premium i had it for 2 years someone entered a password and nobody knows what the hdd user password is plz help any thing will do!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!plz!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Tank You Gyzzzzzzzz!
