Formating Flopy’s

Any body know of third party software for flopy disc formating and writeing.
Iv’e had a hell of a time formatting disc for installing drivers for Intell Application Accelerator.
Keep getting format and write errors with explorer.
Useing new disc didn’t solve the problem.
Any help will be much appericated.
