Free Busy isn’t available for one user

I have a user who happens to be the only user who cannot see the appointment schedule of an associate. We have a mixed 2007/2003 office client, but have a different 2003 client who is able to see the appointments by default. She did get married and we had some issue in A/D which require pointing to her older name for My Documents, but besides that, she shouldn’t have and problem. I did the outlook/clean.exe but that didn’t help. I removed her email account from Exchange and still nothing. Ahhhhhh, any help would be greatly appreciated.
