Express is a free product for monitoring, diagnosing & troubleshooting Web services messages. It operates for Web services built with Tomcat/Axis (available now!) and other Java versions will be available the first half of 2004. The .NET version functions as a Visual Studio.NET add-in and will be distributed with Whidbey.
Some of its basic features include:
