Freshbar in IE6

I have been infected by the Freshbar toolbar in my Internet Explorer 6. I have ran updated versions of spybot s & d, aware SE, my anti-virus avg, some shredder program, various windows updates and nothing works. The freshbar trojan (I think) slows internet processing and stops IE being used.

I tried HijackThis – a program that is supposed to fix it but no luck.

Can anyone suggest an automated repair program that is FREE and does the job.
