FrontPage Server Extensions

I’m having several issues with configuring 2002 FrontPage Server Extensions on my IIS 4.0 server. The first issue is that I don’t want to do it because I’m a Dreamweaver girl. The second issue is that when I try to configure the extensions I am sentto an Explorer window that says I don’t have access to that screen. I log in as the administrator so it can’t be a permissions issue. Does anyone have any ideas as to why I wouldn’t have access to the .dll file?
