Give Admin Rights to users through Logon

Hello,

I am currently working as a contractor at a terribly ancient NT 4 Domain. I would like to install a small .exe only I do not want to go around to 200 machines. They are pretty much all using 2000/XP machines. I would like to know if there is some way that works that will allow me to give them admin rights through the logon script for the time being while it installs. I have looked online and not found much.
