GPO polcy issue

Hi,

I am facing a problem in my GPO policy setting.
Issue: Policy not getting applied in Win XP system.
We have two different Vlan (Vlan 3 & Vlan4).In Vlan those vlan we have both win 7 & Winxp based systems. In Vlan 4 win& based system policys are applying and its working based on the GPO settings. WinXP policy are not applying.But if we remove the Winxp from vlan4 to Vlan3. Policy are appling to winxp based systems.Requesting soem to help on this trouble shooting.

We have found that in event viewer we are getting the error 1030& 1058 Userenv.
