Grouping of Taskbar Icons

I have a user who wants all of his taskbar icons grouped except for those from one application, an instant messaging application called SameTime. I initially told him this couldn’t be done, but he showed me other computers on which it is happening. I looked for answers in both Windows XP and SameTime, but couldn’t find any options to configure the taskbar in this manner.

Any and all answers are welcomed.
