GroupWise URL Link Problem

Running NetWare 4.11, GroupWise 5.5. Workstation running w2k pro, client 32 v4.71. Whe clicking on a URL within GroupWise, only part of the URL is put in IE 5.5 and so the link fails. We have several other machines running the same setup and the links work properly. We have reinstalled IE 5.5 and the GroupWise Client (most recent version). But still the links fail. Please help.
