Halstead’s measur eof complexity

Is there a good formula for computing Halstead’s complexity for a given software program? Are there tools available to do it quickly (and are feely downloadable)? I am trying to measure the productivity of my team and thought that the complexity of a program should be factored in. Any suggestions?
