HANGS WHEN I CLEAR AUTO COMPLETE FORMS?

Greetings!!
When I go to Tools | Content | Auto Complete | Auto Complete Settings | Clear Forms – the process hangs (Not Responding) every time I try to do this. I’ve tried everything I know to do, and wanted to see if I could get some help to resolve this.
