Since I do not see a Happy Thanksgiving thread, I figured WTH (what the heck — in case Tammy was wondering 😀 ).
So I have been busy this morning getting the few items prepared that I am responsible for. Then it came to Corn Bread. Usually I will make them and screw them up, trying to get them out of the pan breaks them up and I have a pile of cr@p.
I have tried several pans to make them and usually end up making a cornbread cake thingy and everyone can scoop out their bread :^0
Last year I ended up getting a new baking pan. However, I have not used it until today. I figured it will either work, or I gotta make a new batch.
Here is the pan

Holy Cow — this cooked them Excellent and they just popped out of the pan after they were cooked. No need to add butter/shortening or spray beforehand.
Anyone else have some good tips to share?
