I read every Citrix Systems’ salary and experiences review at glassdoor.com but could not find any from Citrix Consultants. I was wondering if anyone here has worked at Citrix as a “Citrix Consultant. If so:
1. How did you get your foot in the door?
2. Can someone with limited knowledge of Citrix get into consulting at Citrix and will they train you so you can get CCEA certified?
3. What are the primary day-to-day responsibilities and job functions for a Citrix Consultant at Citrix Systems?
4. They specify 70-80% travel, including international. This seems like an incredible sacrifice for anyone, young or seasoned. What was that like?
5. How did you like working at Citrix as a Consultant?
6. For how long do Citrix Consultants typically tolerate the 80% travel requirements before they finally break down, i.e. burn out?
