Having trouble with my Acer Aspire One Series

Having problems booting up. I keep getting FAT error message and redirected to selecting normal boot up,root directory boot up , or last working boot up.
However, it takes it back to the entire process over and over again. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP !!!!!!!!!!!
