Having Trouble with Windows XP

When we boot up the computer there are 2 error messages:
1)Error loading c:\windows\system32\nayakibi.dll
2)Error loading c:\windows\system32\difebebu.dll

so I was trying to reinstall XP and on setup got an error message saying couldn’t find file nvrd32.sys so setup couldn’t be done. I have tried to search for these files but have not been able to find them.
