HD want read the Boot up Disk

I Format wrong I trying to installed win 98 now it hung up on Invalid Sys Disk replace disk hit any key The Boot Up disk is in Just besure it was good disk I check it out it good so that not it I can’t do a thing with it it stuck How do I get pass this Thanks BJ
