HDMI Splitter to another HDMI Splitter

Question, can I connect one HDMI splitter to another SPlitter.
I would have 1 computer input into the HDMI Splitter, then have numerous outputs from the splitter. Can I have one of those outputs go into another HDMI splitter (as the input) and then split further. Would that work?
