Help! My Browsers Cannot Access Internet!

My MSN messenger, uTorrent, Skype and Windows Live Mail are all working normally, but I can’t get my browsers (IE7 and Firefox v3.0.5) to access any websites or even get to my designated homepage (Yahoo! SG).

I troubleshot the connection and it says that the problem might be caused by a Winsock issue which can be reset to default. However, after resetting that issue to default and rebooting my com, I still can’t access my browsers at all…
