!HELP! Un-wipe-able Stains on my new Monitor!

Okay so basically i got this monitor and after some time there was a small stain that is impossible to wipe away. Hmmm.
1 month later the monitor has 10 of these Stains and they are getting kinda annoying.
What should I do?

PS: im not fluent in english so go easy on me :3
