Help with Cyrillic emails needed

Hi all,

I hope that someone can help me with this. I need to be able to recieve Cyrillic emails. I have Outlook 2007 connected to SBS 2003

Here is the problem

If I send a piece of cyrillic text from Gmail to Outlook it comes out as ??????????????????.

If I paste that same text into outlook and send it to Gmail it comes out as cyrillic. Also if I send it from outlook, out and back into outlook it comes out as Cyrillic.

What am I doing wrong?
