Hi, I need very urgent driverhelp for my Vimicro USB Webcam

this are the drivers:
VIMICRO USB PC Camera 4.2.1126.72 (Windows)
VIMICRO USB PC Camera 301PLH 4.3.311.10 (Windows)
one of this will work, I know, that I can download them here but I become always the message :”Page Not Found” or “404” error
I turn of my ZoneAlarm – because sometimes I can`t open some Sides – but no change.
Please help me?
I use Windows Xp Home Edition Version2002 SP3
