Hiding cells in Excel until question is answered

I’m creating a spreadsheet for work. I have worked out to where it shows a list of questions. I have assigned a “yes” and “no” radio button to each question. Depending on which option is chosen the following question will change to go along with the first. I’m pretty sure there is a way to hide the second question until the first one is answered and so on and so forth. Also I was hoping to hide the radio buttons if the next part revealed were to be a statement instead of a question and therefore it would not need an answer. I think I need to create a macro for this. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
