I had a feeling that it would be a pretty big resposibility, but maybe I could handle it. I’ve had a little experience withcustomer service, dealing with the public could be testy at the least.
…When a young teen wanted me to walk him through the steps to set up his web site, I jumped on the band wagon. To make a long story short, after ten hours of back and forth conversation on a not so fast forum I was pulling my hair out waiting for his next reply to what I had just advised him to do.
…Keep in mind that I educated this person on static IP addresses, mysql databases, uploading via ftp and other little thing that I usually take for granted. That’s when he replied that his mother did not want him to have a web site.
