Home Directories – Admin Control?!

Aloha!

Is there any way to grant the administrator full control access to every user’s home directory without disturbing existing (user) permissions *OTHER THAN* with the CALCS.EXE utility?! How ’bout Registry settings?

We thought we read somewhere about a method that would avoid the hassle of having to take ownership of all the home directories.
