Home drive contains RECYCLER folder.

We have noticed that since the migration from NT4 to AD on W2K3, some of the users home drive ( that are on a network share)are containing a RECYCLER folder which in this case increasing the size of the folder causing the problem of not allowing the user to save extra files on their home drive (Z:\drive). The user?s home drive has a quota limit of 100mb.
